My ticket was cancelled

When a ticket you have ordered has been cancelled, you'll receive an email with the subject line "[Event name] Important:Your ticket was cancelled".

The person who can cancel your ticket is the event organizer.  If you don't know why your ticket was cancelled and you'd like to know, please contact the event organizer directly.
