My account is locked

When logging into EventRegist, if you enter the wrong password more than a certain number of times, an account lock message like the one below will appear. This is a feature to prevent fraudulent login to your account.

Until you can login again, it may take up to 24 hours. You can either wait until your access is automatically re-enabled or, using the email address that you signed up to EventRegist with, contact us at the email address below.

    (Business hours are weekdays from 10am to 6pm. If you contact us on a weekend or public holiday, we may not be able to get back to you until the following business day.
