What different types of ticket can I create?

Yes, this is possible. You can add a new ticket by going to "Add New Ticket Type" under "Ticket & Price Information" in the left hand menu navigation.

Also, you can change the display order of multiple tickets under "Ticket & Price Information" > "Detailed ticket settings".
